Israeli and Egyptian Relations - More Than Meets the Eye
In this video from Stratfor, analyst Reva Bhalla provides an interesting take into the recent disturbing pronouncement by the Egyptian government that it does not need Israeli approval to patrol the Sinai. While this maybe strong words, Stratfor explains that this could actually be a signal of increased cooperation between the two countries. However; such an analysis might be a rosy prospect still Stratfor warns that as Israel gets more isolated, this is also the time when the Jewish state are thinking of preemptive measures in case the situation turns for the worse.
