Probable Reason for North Korea's Nuclear Show and Tell
Stanford professor, Siegfried Hecker, was taken on a tour by North Korea showing off its nuclear arsenal. The US scientist shows a troubling account of the capabilities of North Korea having such a dangerous weapon and he says that there must be a sense of urgency in the United States and its allies to do something about it.
