You begin to wonder what is happening to the media's views when it tries to magnify certain events and then down play others. The Nigerian massacre of hundreds of Christians did get some news coverage but it was just like reporting the weather. It as if the outrage was very limited to none at all in certain outlets.
When the Hamas leader in Dubai was killed, controversy, analysis and other outspoken forms of condemnation towards Israel were heard. And yet no one in the media is denying that the Hamas man was a terrorist who was guilty of killing innocent people! Yet when he died there was an outrage.
This seems to be a growing trend in the mainstream media. Magnifying some stories while almost turning a blind eye to others which do not suit their ideology.
